Ford GT90 - The Ford GT90 was a concept car manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. It was unveiled in January 1995, at the Detroit Auto Show as "the world's mightiest supercar".

Ford Shelby GR-1 - The Ford Shelby GR-1 was a concept car that was created by the Ford Motor Company. It was first introduced at the 2005 North American International Auto Show.

Ford Escort ZX2 - The two-door 1998 Ford Escort ZX2 was introduced at the 1997 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. It was based on the second-generation North American version of the Escort, first introduced in 1991 and substantially updated in 1997.

Lincoln MKS - The Lincoln MKS is a Concept car introduced at the 2006 North American International Auto Show that, according to Lincoln executives, "strongly hints" at the future design direction of Lincoln models. It is based on the full size Ford D3 platform, which is the current foundation for many Volvo and Ford vehicles, including the Volvo XC90, and the Ford 500 and Ford Freestyle.

River Rouge: Ford's Industrial Colossus

In 1914, Henry Ford ordered the construction of a small plant at the confluence of the River Rouge ford auto plaza and the Detroit River in what was then the rural community of Dearborn.
